Presented by Minnesota Environmental Justice Table, which leads the campaign to shut down the HERC incinerator; the Women's Environmental Institute, centered on organizing for environmental justice through food, racial & gender justice strategies; and renowned urban farmer Will Allen, a revolutionary in food access & community-based urban farming.
Join us for an update on collaborative environmental justice projects, woodfired pizza, and a screening of "Fresh: New Thinking About What We're Eating," a film that follows visionary farmers and food revolutionaries, including Will Allen, as they transform how we think about what's on our plate. This award-winning film offers hope and practical solutions for a healthier, affordable and more just food system.
